About Me

Hi,
I am Partha Chakraborty. I am from Bangladesh and was born in 19 September, 1983. I think I love my country very much as each person do. I live in Dhaka and currently i'm doing job in LM Ericsson Bangladesh Ltd. I've completed my graduation in Electrical & Electronic Engineering .I have a brother who is doing MBBS in Medical collage. My father is an Employee in Bangladesh Krishi Bank and my mother is a housewife. So, i have a very happy family...

What about me? I love to travel a lot and meet new people. I'm spontaneous and know to value friendship. I don't judge people by appearance rather I try to explore them through their personality. I have a high ambition to establish myself the way I want, so I'm quite focused on my goal. I'm a calm person and try to take everything easily. I tried to be helpful whether you sought for help or not. Can't live without music, love to listen as well as sing along to any tune, I liked. I prefer to bury my grief inside me. And I am the kind of person who can't stay idle, without doing anything. I spend most of the time infront of my computer. I love to read books so whenever find something to read, I sink into it. I am also a movie freak. I am humorous. And I am the greatest fool who think himself intelligent. Talking about intelligence, I like intelligent people and I am easily amused by the good qualities of others. I love to talk directly whether you liked it or not. I am not ambitious at all and I think I am easily satisfied and highly hopeful. That's all about me... If you have any comment , then please....

Political View of Bangladesh

The political field has become very HOT. Although the depression kept the environment quite cool, but still not enough to diminish the HEAT. Isn't it funny when the opposition claims 'we are trying to achieve people's demand' after havocing on the street, attacking running buses with stones, bricks and bamboos inside which were the so called 'people' on behalf of whom they are fighting! It's even funnier when the opposition tried to siege Prime minister's office and found that the prime minister, begum khaleda zia herself sieged the office by pollices. Then again yet another stupidest remark from the opposition leader sheikh hasina who always forgets the weight of her chair - " Come to Dhaka, with whatever you can in your hands, on the day the present government will step down " (What was she thinking ? 7th march,'71? May be!) Once I saw a poll going on about why people dislikes awami league. Believe it or not Sheikh hasina topped the list. (Guess where my vote went ;) ) And the BNP led qualition government has been showing again and again how shameless they can be. Behind all of them quitely laughing the dictector Ershad whose secret alliance with the governemt freed him from almost all the running corruption cases. Pollice forces find their own pleasure beating honest leaders like Asaduzzaman noor and Saber hossain chowdhury.

Here's another thing I observed..

1. Khaleda Zia went to Saudi Arab for her leg treatment.
2. Sheikh hasina went to USA for her ear treatment.
3. Manna Bhuyian went to singapore for engiogram.
4. Abdul Jalil went to singapore for heart treatment.
5. Saber hossain chowdhury went to bangkok to recover from the pollice beating.
6. President Iazuddin went to singapore after suffering from heart attack.

These people are/were placed in the highest positions of the government. Awami league served one term and BNP is going to finish it's second term. But they themselves don't have faith on the medical facility of the country. Reminds me of a joke :

"A person went to have lunch on a restaurent and find the food was not good at all. So he asked the waiter to call the manager. Then the waiter replied 'Sorry sir, manager went to lunch!'"

I'll finish now with two links. First, I never knew that "Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo." is a grammatically valid sentence. It actually is and have used as an example of how homonyms and homophones can be used to create complicated constructs. Check this out here at wikipedia and the second link's also from wikipedia a collection of very funny mathematical jokes. Check them here. Have fun!

Proud to be KUETIANS

Dear all,

Now days are going and we are now at a historic moment of KUET. CSE Dept. of KUET has given birth a baby mobile robot named "Skim-H". This is the outcome of 3rd Year 1st Term student project. The students bearing rolls 0407045, 0407050, 0407051 and 0407052 have completed their CSE 3100 project work successfully to produce the mobile robot. The main features of the mobile robot are as follows:

1) It can be operated in both automatic and voice controlled mode
2) It also be controlled using mobile phone with DTMF sound.

It has four-wheeled DC motor controlled mobile platform. It has different sensors to sense the environment. A PDA is used as a main engine to control the driving mechanism. It also has both Bluetooth and DTMF systems. It also has some other electronic parts such as microcontroller, decoders etc.

It can move some what autonomously by avoiding obstacles since it is a baby now. It can move depending on the voice command like "move forward", stop etc. It is able to introduce itself using its own voice. It can snap picture and can send it to the mother controlling computer. Since it is a baby now, we hope to make it matured by using AI, machine learning and robotic vision techniques soon.

You may contact mifta ( one of the developer) using +8801816589054 to congratulate them. Our ex-student Polin of MMU has helped us to buy some ICs from Malaysia. Special thanks to Polin.

Please, encourage the students to do more new things. And congratulation to those students who have given us the opportunity to feel proud..

Thanks.

Some Nice View of Mumbai

Some days ago, i found a smart boy during time passing (Chat) with my computer. His name is Jayesh. He is from Mumbai, India. India is a sovereign country in South Asia . It is the Seventh largest country by geographical area, the second most populous country, and the most populous liberal country in the world.

There are several divisions in India. Mumbai formerly known as Bombay, is the capital of the state of Maharashtra, the most populous city of India, and by some measures the most populous city in the world with an estimated population of about 13 million (as of 2006). Mumbai is located on Salsette Island, off the west coast of Maharashtra. Mumbai is the commercial and entertainment capital of India, and houses important financial institutions, such as the Reserve bank of India (RBI), the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the corporate headquarters of many Indian Companies. Mumbai has attracted migrants from all over India because of the immense business opportunities, and the relatively high standard of living, making the city a potpourri of various communities and cultures. The city is home to India's Hindi film and television industry, known as Bollywood. Mumbai is also one of the rare cities to accommodate a national park, the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, within its city limits.

There are some view of Mumbai City, that i got from Jayesh. Thanks Jayesh.
